We have limited fishing places and will be taking bookings from 9am tomorrow morning on the 2 coarse lakes and the Quarry lake. This is how we are working it…

NO SPECTATORS! If you are not fishing you cannot visit Raygill at this time
SPECIFIC PEGS/STANDS CANNOT BE BOOKED!
SMALL LAKE = 8 pegs
LARGE LAKE = 14 pegs (Pegs near the house are not open for fishing)
FLY LAKE = 8 on bank, 2 on slabs.
3 BOATS ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK £5 PER BOAT (2 ANGLERS IN A BOAT but must be from same household).
FOOD & DRINK TAKEAWAY WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 10AM!
CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS…
COARSE = £6 per rod (£5 concession) This is a day ticket
FLY LAKE = £15 Day tickets only! If we have spaces after 4pm we will take evening bookings at £10 starting fishing from 4pm. (Call us, we will take your number and call you back when places come available )
ONLY 1 ANGLER PER PEG (Please adhere to social distancing when passing other anglers)
NO SPECTATORS. If you havent paid to fish you cannot be here. (We do not want any families, friends, parties, picnickers, BBQs etc at this time)
FISHING ONLY, NO WALKING AROUND! Only leave your peg to go to the toilet or to order food/drink at the takeaway window
NO KEEP NETS (Coarse)
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LANDING NETS (fly and coarse). No hire gear at this time.
NO FISH TO BE TAKEN! (Fly & definitely not on Coarse...EVER!)
PARKING...Please park responsibly leaving a decent amount of room between your car and the next one. There’s plenty of space in both car parks.
And the biggie...We have been told we cannot handle "outside" rubbish at this time so PLEASE TAKE ALL YOUR RUBBISH HOME WITH YOU! Thankyou
Anglers who have booked...
1. Please respect social distancing rules (stay at least 2m away from others)
2. Please bring hand sanitiser and any extra protective gear to keep you safe
3. NO FISH TO BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME
4. Bring your own landing net
5. If you're unsure of the rules... Ask
7. Only leave your peg to visit the toilet or to visit the cafe takeout window (do not leave Raygill and return)
PLEASE DO NOT LIFT FISH HIGH OUT OF WATER as trout have a limited breathing time out of water. Keep them low to water and in landing net till ready for photo. Brain damage sets in quickly. AND IF YOU DROP A FISH ON THE BANK YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
8. cant believe i have to say this but the FLY LAKE is FLY ONLY! NO BAITING (worm, maggot, bread from your butty)
